Welcome to the 10th Annual Finding the Gift in Shift Retreat Weekend!
Event Specifics Where : The Sedona Creative Life Center 333 Schnebly Hill Road . 928- 282- 9300 for directions
Directions from Phoenix Airport to SCLC. Drive onto Interstate 10 west at the Phoenix Airport exit, and then onto Interstate 17 north toward Flagstaff. Follow Interstate 17 north from Phoenix about 100 miles. Exit at state highway 179 (exit 298). Go about 15 miles north on highway 179 and turn right on Schnebly Hill Rd (if you get to the "Y" where Hwy 179 ends at Hwy 89A, you have gone a quarter mile too far). Go about a quarter mile up Schnebly Hill Rd to number 333 and turn left into SCLC. Directions from Flagstaff. If it is snowing, take Interstate 17 south from Flagstaff about 41 miles to state highway 179. From there, follow the directions above as if coming from Phoenix. This route takes about an hour from Flagstaff to Sedona. If the weather is good, take Interstate 17 south from Flagstaff. Exit at US highway 89A (exit 337, which is 2 miles south of the junction of Interstate 40 and 17). This takes you on a breathtaking 25 mile, 40 minute drive through Oak Creek Canyon. When you arrive in Sedona, continue on Hwy 89A to the first roundabout. Go 3/4 around the roundabout, and exit on Hwy 179 going south. Immediately after crossing Oak Creek bridge (1/4 mile), turn left onto Schnebly Hill Rd. Go another 1/4 mile up Schnebly Hill Rd to number 333 and turn left into SCLC.
Flying to Sedona. If you are a pilot, you can also fly a small plane into Sedona Airport.
Getting to Sedona Creative Life Center. To travel to Sedona Creative Life Center from outside Arizona, you would normally fly to Phoenix and then drive or take an Airport Shuttle from Phoenix to Sedona (driving time is about two hours by car or two and a half hours by shuttle). Below are instructions for driving to SCLC from Phoenix as well as from Flagstaff. Information about the Sedona/Phoenix Airport Shuttle is also included.
Accommodation in Sedona
On Site Check-In In the main lobby of the Sedona Creative Life Center Your name on the registration list at check-in will be exactly noted as you registered! If you would like to pick up your wristband for the weekend, on Thursday evening, please see the pre paid registration desk in the great room lobby between 4 - 6pm or 4 - 6pm on Friday. What to Bring: A journal and pen if you choose to take notes, however the full weekend will be recorded, order forms in the bookstore.
What to Wear: The program will be held in an indoor facility and the temperature in the meeting room will vary. Wear comfortable layered clothing. You may also want to bring a light jacket, and umbrella in case of rain.
What not to Bring: Please, don't bring pets or anyone who is not registered for the program. If you have a service animal please advise us in advance here: info@StellarProductionsLive.com. Also, as a general courtesy to the other guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing fragrances or scented products during the program.
No photography or recording is allowed.
Meals: No food will be allowed in the conference room of the Creative Life Center. Water only. If you have snacks you may eat outside in the picnic area during breaks. We will provide a list of restaurants close to the center for lunch. Our staff will be happy to assist you at any time with questions.
Cell Phones: Cell phone service is spotty from this location. This weekend is your perfect opportunity to unplug from the world - a break from worldly affairs and email. Before your arrival, let people you frequently communicate with know that that's your plan. Everything will probably still be happening when you reconnect. Please make sure all cell phones are off inside the Creative Life center.
Commitment Policy: Your weekend fee is not refundable as stated on the registration purchase form, but it is transferable. Should you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else email us no later than April 14th to let us know who will be taking your place.
Here is your schedule of events: Thursday, April 24th:
4:00 pm - Registration opens
Doors open at 6:00 pm
6:30 – 7:30 opening announcements and introduction to the Monday workshop and exhibits. 6:30 - 9:00 pm Intention Setting, Opening ceremony, featuring Ronna Prince, Heart Vision 2020: An interactive, heart-opening ceremony for Energizing a Clear Pathway to Transformation 2020.
We are not able to provide preferred seating for Thursday evening. Thank you for your understanding!
Located in the Great Room at the Sedona Creative Life Center. The ceremony will also be open to the public so please come early and get your seats! Our ceremony is included if you purchased a full weekend pass. Friday April 25th

Optional film 7:30 pm: Join us for this special screening of Wisdomkeepers, an inspirational, emotionally intimate documentary film revealing the heart centered, celestially guided life-ways of the Andean Holy Mountain Tradition, one of our planet’s few remaining uninterrupted wisdom lineages. Film Producer Jeffrey Wium will be with us and available for questions after the screening . Tickets available at the registration desk until 5:00 pm on Sunday at the pre sale price .
