Stellar Productions, LLC , is a Sedona, Arizona-based company whose mission is to provide professional event/meeting planning and management services with the highest degree of integrity, creativity and efficiency. The founder, Karen Koebnick, created Stellar Productions after many years of producing events in Sedona , hosting recognized authors, spiritual teachers, renowned leaders and speakers.

Combing their individual corporate and business backgrounds and expertise with their deep commitments to spiritual growth and service, Karen and the Stellar team have created Stellar Productions, which offers a variety of services to businesses and organizations, professional speakers and authors, including:

KAREN KOEBNICK has more than 25 years of experience in the meeting, incentive and travel industry. She has escorted groups from Belize to Israel, from the Mayan Riviera to the Emerald isle, always with emphasis on spiritual renewal, inspiration, creativity and personal growth. Karen’s most recent success is the celebrated Gift in Shift conference which she created and held for five years in Sedona, Arizona. This conference sold out from its inception and brought together the most cutting-edge authors, speakers and film-makers in science and spirituality today. It helped transform the lives of hundreds of attendees from around the world.

After producing popular events in Sedona for many years, Karen’s latest venture is expanding into Heart Wisdom Journeys, LLC – a business that takes people on pilgrimages to sacred sites to deepen their awareness of who they truly are, and bring them into their life’s true purpose. Karen’s attention to detail and wide-sweeping knowledge of travel and tourism means that each participant on the journeys can relax and enjoy the beauty and grandeur of ancient places knowing that every component of their stay has been attended to.

SUSAN M. WEBSTER has spent her career building relationships through truth and trust as a facilitator, advisor, and confidant. Boundless inquisitiveness with a desire to learn and understand, led to exploration in diverse fields of study and endeavors including responsibilities in government, private, and corporate environments. Holding diversified positions through to leadership has shown the significance of every link in the chain and how important effective communication is to realizing a preferable outcome. Her entrepreneurial spirit and courage in showing strength has always been key to her success. Living in 6 states within the U.S. gave her an insight to differing points of view and ignited her quest to further enlightenment. Her perspective continued to evolve as she traveled to different countries. Whether for pleasure, business, or humanitarian effort, the result was always personal growth. Egypt, Peru, Honduras, Mexico, Ecuador, Vietnam, Italy, Costa Rica, among others, further brought to light the similarities of all people. Along with opening mind and heart came an awareness of a need to bridge perspectives, for honest communication, to inspire thought, and to awaken others to their strengths. Sharing a vision resulted in the cofounding of Heart Wisdom Bookings, LLC and Heart Wisdom Journeys, LLC.

SUE BARENHOLTZ : PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Sue loves life and her mission is to have as much fun as possible and show others how to do the same. She founded Wild Boomer Women, an instant community of baby boomer girlfriends living their bucket list dreams, in 2008.

She has 25 years of experience working as an international coach, consultant and trainer for small businesses and large corporations. She also founded a nonprofit center for abused and neglected teens. She has worked on planning events and coordinating and managing volunteers from as small as 20 and as large as 6,000.

Sue has been working on the Gift In Shift conference since 2010 and will also be assisting with the new Heart Wisdom Conference in 2012. She loves participating at conferences as well, and walking the talk of the amazing speakers who share their wisdom.
